I went to take my vehicle to fix recalled parts on my Mazda. I waited 15minutes for no one to help me or service me. The employees that were there ignored me. Never going again!
Awesome!! After 40 years of car buying experience in NJ, my spouse and I walked into the Young dealership ready to "do battle"! We walked into Young's and found an entirely unexpected experience in dealing with a new car dealership. The price of the car was more then reasonable and the service from our sales person, Pat Forney II was outstanding. There was absolutely no pressure and they also provided a more then fair trade in on one of our cars. I never expected that purchasing a car could be a pleasurable experience. Being from the non-technology generation, Pat spent a large amount of time with me and with his knowledge, easily laid out all the features that our purchased Mazda 3 had to offer. It was a totally new car buying experience, one of which we have never experienced before. Thank you Young Mazda and Pat Forney III ......we love our Mazda 3 and will highly recommend your dealership to family and friends. We will be back!

Made an appointment for a recall. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me that they didn't order my parts. They told me that I would get a call when the parts arrived. Never received a call. Finally called them, they told me my parts had arrived. I made a second appointment for my recall. When I arrived to this appointment they didn't have me scheduled, told me it would take up to two hours. Then two hours passed, I called they told me the car would be done at the end of the day because they were too busy. Half hour later my boyfriend calls, they told him the car was ready. Very rude and their service doesn't meet the standard.
