Rick Zauck and Rich Engelman from service went above and beyond the call of duty for a 2012 Suzuki Equator (which is a 2012 Frontier) that was not purchased from them. I've have not, bought a vehicle there (yet!). Hooked me up big time. Loaner car, got to the bottom of my issues with smiles on their faces and waived charges that I should have incurred. Crystal was our rep. She was so pleasant to work with. She knew my wants and had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. We came up with our price fast with minimal haggling. Had papers drawn up and signed in no time. Took a total of 2 and a half hours. Which was very welcoming. Drove home with my new car
Went in there for a noise on my 2015 Sentra and the service rep was extremely helpful and courteous. They ordered a new strut, gave me an oil change, replacing the windshield wiper switch and tested and replaced my battery which ended up being bad. Great service and 100% better than anyone else. Nissan4Life!
