I've been searching for a car for far too long, with so many shifty salespeople and failed attempts I was near a breaking point. Out shopping for my son's first vehicle he was looking for a pick up truck we saw some trucks online and took a Saturday to have a look around and see what's out there our first stop to look with the price tag and the pictures online looked great but that was about it complete rust bucket and water leaking into the truck made it a no good stop second stop pretty much the same situation the online picture and price were promising but in reality was horrible rust just painted over rear end was pushed in and tail gate had to be bent just to be able to open again no go so on a whim we stopped here at STAR Buick GMC we found a used truck that he was interested in that had just came to the showroom that had not even been cleaned our salesman Adam Mihalko (who is great by the way) said if we were interested he would have it serviced and looking good to show us and take for a test ride fast forward to that next Tuesday I get a call it's ready for us but unfortunately could not get down to see it untill that Friday when we showed up and met Adam he told us that another vehicle had just come in on a trade and wanted to show us so I'm thinking oh great salesman tactics to sell us something more expensive but not the case he showed us a very comparable truck for just a small amount more we took that one for a test and the truck was great for my son so after talking numbers we went home to talk about it and we weren't sure we could afford Saturday morning I called Adam and talked about not really being able to afford the payments and would call later in the day maybe an hour later I get a phone call from Greg Smith the general sales manager and wanted to help after talking for a few minutes he was able to help with the price and get the number down to something we can afford which is and was awesome considering it was a used truck so here I sit signing the paperwork for my son's first truck Adam and Greg are a real class act and when the time comes Adam and STAR Buick GMC will be our first and most likely our only stop very highly recommend STAR and Adam!!!
This is the best place to buy a vehicle. They make the experience so simple and the friendly staff has outstanding service. Simply the best would rate the number one dealer in town as I dealt with almost everyone.

From a GM employee perspective (25 years) I am a bit surprised the GMC branded vehicles (especially the Denali Trim I purchased) did not come with some complimentary service/inspections for at least a couple years. This would ensure the owner & GM know that there premier vehicles are being kept up per GM standards. It also would be good way for GM to detect issues prior to occurring to ensure its name brand is kept 'clean' Overall my initial impression of the vehicles engineering, quality and craftsmanship so far exceeds my expectations.
Instead of making the experience longer than needed they were interested in making the experience as smooth as possible. They knew if there was an agreement in the Purchase & Trade, then I would be taking a day off work and traveling over 350 miles to complete the deal. Everything was arranged for trade/pickup and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. New vehicle was ready and an overview of features was done, but most importantly as I had another ~6 hours of travel to head back home, the paperwork was ready as well.
