Very rude no sympathy the manager is even worse they discuss info with no privacy out loud hippa violation I even encountered one worker treating an elderly couple as if the were slow or mentally challenged its a shame its like who do we report these situations too
Although I had to wait a hour and 15 minutes, the gentleman I worked with was very friendly and very helpful. I had no problem getting my name change done. I brought my Marriage License, my Driver's License and Social Security Card. I brought my birth certificate just in case however it was not needed. Parking was easy and the staff seemed pleasant enough. I almost didn't go to this office because of the reviews but I'm glad I choose to go there despite the negative reviews.
Terrible. Only a few nice workers. Other workers are rude and disrespectful! They need to be fired or find another job
