This has to be one of the most difficult jobs imaginable, can't say that I would want to be in any position at Domestics. With that said, whenever I go there the staff are always courteous and helpful, always a pleasant experience. Remember they have a job to do, it's not personal, it's only business.

Horrible customer service! Staff always trying to rush you off the phone. When you try to communicate in the best interest of the children Northampton county does not seem to work with the parties especially if your a father. Completely unfair if you are a responsible father and show that you do take care of your children. They are not part of the community and do not respect what's right in the best interest of the children by helping responsible fathers be and stand with their children. My kids cry to see me. They want to see me. They treat every case the same and should not be this way in Domestics. Northampton county is keeping me away from my children because of inconclusive actions on their end. They feel like they can do or accept anything they want. I feel very discriminated against with the county. I believe there is no code of ethics in place. I asked an employee on the phone about ethics and she said she doesn't know their ethics. I asked for first and last name and she said "she is the operator." As a government employee they should always be understanding and helpful. I will continue to fight as much as I can for my children and hope and pray things change.

They never answer their phone....and when they do the staff has an attitude.....
