25 days and still waiting. Card has been charged already of course ($800.00 item). Tracking site, return and cancellation policy is a joke. I will NEVER do business with Homesquare again.
"A picture is worth a 1000 words!" I searched TOY BOX and up came a dozen plus sales for TOY BOXES. Like so many others, I searched on my smart phone. 30% of the sales item spacing from this company was a nice pretty picture of a kids' TOY BOX. 60% of the sales item space was reviews for a TOY BOX. 5% of the Sales item space was the DOLLAR amount ($37.xx). The last 5% was the description of the sales item and other small font info.... I got a SEAT PAD FOR THE TOY BOX for the above mentioned price (Which Walmart/Target sell for $8 for a similar item). UPON trying to work this out with HOMESQUARE FURNITURE, they said it was my fault for not reading all the description/info. and they would charge me another $29.xx for restocking fee if I return the item.
THIS COMPANY REMINDS ME OF MEETING A STRANGER WEARING A TRENCHCOAT IN A THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN A SECLUDED PART OF A PARK!
