Extremely friendly staff, and exceptionally clean
Reasonable Rates...Very Clean...I'm impressed at how they know their customers by name...They make me feel very welcome and I enjoy going there very much! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Nice place, friendly staff and beds are cleaned well. I have been going here for about a year and so far so good. Also watch groupon for specials, you can save a lot of money with that!
Won't Go Back! Had been going to Salon Bronze over the last several years with my daughter. In early 2017, I purchased a Groupon for $12 for 5 visits. When I went in to redeem, I had a couple of visits already remaining from a prior package. Then added the 5. Well, they never added the 5 and then the when I went to use them, they said I had no more. I called some time after questioning what happened to my Groupon. I was asked for the voucher number, which I provided and was told they would speak with the owner and would apply the expired Groupon. Well, I just followed up with a phone call, the owner would not get on the phone but the woman who answered failed to cover the phone or put me on hold. I heard how rude he was and unwilling to give me anything but $12 off other services. Well, that is not what I paid for. I may not be someone that was there but a dozen times a year, however, I have been going to Salon Bronze for years, as has my daughter, and we will not be back. The $12 just cost them hundreds in the long run. Bad business decision for the owner.
My sister and sister in law both got rashes from tanning here in the past couple weeks (may 2016)... disgusting.
