The employees at this office are so friendly and always super helpful! My daughter actually enjoys going to the dentist. Which wasn't always the case.
The Easton office does not even have toys in the waiting room. I found that very odd. I went there with my 12 year old and 3 year old. We were new patients. My 3 year old had never had a dentist apt before. The office expected me to allow both of my children to go for their cleanings without me. When I insisted (had to threaten to leave) I was allowed back but made to feel uncomfortable. When I was leaving, one of the assistants tried to tell me that they would be fine next time. There will be no next time. No office has the right to tell me if I should or should not be with my children
The whole staff is all around amazing! Never a complaint and never have to wait. Great office.
My nephew has autism and how the hell dare them strap him down like an animal I should not be giving you a star u should be a Shane of ur selfs
This picture is not even of the office on Rte. 248. Not a child friendly office or waiting room. No toys, no TV in waiting area, no kid friendly books etc. One plastic bin of chintzy 'prizes' for after the appointment. I was told I could not go back for a procedure with my child and after insisting on being there at the start I was made to feel very uncomfortable and told if I was needed they would come get me. Was given a cost estimate for a procedure, budgeted for it, and never told that it would take TWO visits at that cost both times, doubling what we originally thought. Office was not clear on this. After taking my young child for a second opinion somewhere else, a painful procedure this office said she needed is not necessary. Think twice before going here. If you're ok with having no control over your child's dental experience then great. If not, go elsewhere.
