Without a doubt the worst customer service experience of my life. Erin talked on her phone rather than greet me, never said hello or asked me what I needed. When I told her what she was doing she actually had the nerve to tell me that if I had children I would understand, which I do. Then as I was leaving she screamed at me that if I wanted better service I should, "go back to the Lehigh Valley Mall"
I agree with the other review on here, horrible customer service. I bought clothes for my daughter at this place and when I got home I found a hole in one of the t-shirts so I went back trying to return it and the sales girl that was there got really combative with me when I tried to complain so I gave her the shirt and told her keep the money I will never come back here again. She cared less that I was walking out as an unsatisfied customer. Who's running this store ?

I purchased a jacket and didnt check the zipper until I was putting it on my granddaughter.... she never wore it. It was around the holidays and took me awhile to return the defective jacket. Didn't have receipt, no jackets left in her size. Anyway, i got my $3.00 refund. Just the worst customer service ever. Mnay times I am trying to find something and i was told "everything we have is out" gee do you think someone could help me look? Mainly at the Palmer Mall in Easton PA. Other stores bit better
