Uninteresting selection of Men's shoes - All seems to be blend and okay. You'll find a pair at a fair price; isn't like to find THE pair, but it's a chain at a mall - what do you expect?

Manager is extremely rude! We were in on Thursday getting shoes for 2 of our 5 children and they said the system was down. They told my husband to leave his name and number and that they would hold the shoes and then contact us when the system was working. It is now Monday and no one contacted us, so my husband called the store. He spoke with the manager, Melissa, and he asked her if the shoes were still there and why didn't anyone contact us. She said that the system has been working on and off and that they called MOST of the customers. He proceeded to tell her that we NEVER got a call. She then said that she didn't have the shoes!! At this point he was very frustrated and asked her if this even sounds right? She turned it around and acted like she was inconvienced and told him that she had a bad day and didn't need this. He asked for the number for the corporate office and she hung up on him. What ever happened to customer service???
Great selection of shoes, however I feel they are a bit more expensive then other stores or online competition.
