Terrible, will never go back. Brought my wedding gown here to be preserved and I had to go into the store multiple times before I got it back properly. It was dry cleaned very well. The first box I took it home in was wrong because my dress slide to the bottom when I tilted the box, when I returned it they told me it was never even finished being sealed! It took forever for me to get in back because they had to order a different, smaller box - none of that was communicated to me before I drove to the store thinking I was picking my gown up, only to leave empty handed. Do not take your wedding gowns here!
