The thing I am most grateful for, however, is that our agent knew what coverage we needed and provided it at a fair cost. I would never have imagined we would have needed it - but I am eternally grateful that we had what we needed, and with every conversation about the fire I make sure I advise people of two things - 1. Make sure you have the right coverage, and 2. Go with State Farm.
My family has recently moved from NYC to PA and have been blessed to do business with Thomas A. Buchner and his State Farm team. I have no words to describe my satisfaction with this crew. Lets begin with Tom. He invited us over for a meeting in which he introduced himself and proceeded to educate us with all the minor details of insurances that were available to us. He helped lower our premiums and provided extra coverage on auto, home and even life insurance. I have never had such a good experience with an insurance agent ever.
His team holds up to his standards. Tonya, Scott, and Sandy are workaholics and are on standby, ready to answer all my annoying questions and inquiries. Perhaps I am just used to the "fast-food" like service that occurs in the city but man it was absolutely refreshing to have someone dedicate time to us and seem genuine in the process. I am very optimistic about continuing with State Farm due to Tom and his team's heart warming attention and service. Thank you guys.
When we lost our home to fire last year, it is indescribable the feelings and thoughts that encompass your life. When watched everything we owned go up in flames, and didnt know what to do next, one phone call to State Farm put our family at ease. When the Red Cross (first on the scene and wonderful folks!) had set us up with a room for the week until we could sort things out - we got to the hotel and the manager refused the voucher. State Farm's agent, ALE, set us up in a much nicer place where we were treated like royalty.
