AVOID this insurance agency. I called to transfer my service and JulieAnn was less than helpful! There are other Allstate agents out there, so I would try the other offices before giving your business to this agent.
terrible service. agent will only email you after taking all of your money. i had a policy get canceled even though i spoke with ana directly and was told this would not happen. i tried to call and talk to george and ana, and no one is available ?! then the agent sends me an email instead of another co worker talking about me!? 0 stars !
