I called this office to become a new patient, when the front desk person answered the phone she could not hear me so I was on the process of getting to a place with better reception and the lady got frustrated and said "Oh God" and hung up the phone. If this was a patient with great urgency on medical needs and probably needed to talk to the doctor with great urgency this simple mistake could of been deadly. Do not like this doctor's office will never be a patient there.
