Store manager Bob really did a great job in answering my questions about Stihl products. He always greets me by my first name every time he sees me. Very convenient location!
Quick in, quick out. Every time I've gone they've answered my questions. For small home improvements I can't complain. Gone dozen of times. Never had them order anything, but I may in the future as some things aren't in stock.
Just called store through Relay service for hearing impaired. Lady answered. I asked if they have Traeger BBQ pellets with cherry. They said it's called wood chips. I said no and I wanted pellets. Again she said it's called wood chips. I told her there is big different between bbq pellets and wood chips. Hung up on me. For the life of me. How can this person think pellets is called wood chip. Yes it came from wood chip/dust and made into pellets. As for BBQ. There's wood chunks, wood chips, saw dust and pellets. All I wanted to know if they have pellets in cherry. I will not set foot on that store again.
Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.
