This Anvil company was contacted by member of our group they were told that the Ruggiero Trucking company that was taking dirt out of their lots, were dumping it, onto another companies parcel at 475 S. Delaware dr. Easton Pa.. This company has been illegally back filling in a 100 yr. flood-way, flood zones are illegal to grade in, It is NOT allowed but they have been getting away with it ignoring warning and cease and desists for over 13 years.now they have built a 25+ft high 650ft.long L shaped retaining wall to block flood waters and have been grading behind it layer after layer with no permits or permission. from s. 611 you can't see the extent of it picture show canal side of retaining wall look below. In our opinion Anvil should have stop the work from continuing until they found another dump site.This is an illegal act and they are part of the problem since they were notified of this companies actions .
