The ladies here - Ashley especially - went above and beyond the call of duty. I needed flowers for a wake and called at the ninth hour. She checked and informed me that they unfortunately did not have time to complete my rerquest, but she professionally provided me another shop's name in town ( a new shop no less!) and number to call. I was unable to get through to the other shop, but was so impressed that Posey Peddler had even recommended a competitor. Within 15 minutes, I heard back from Ashley asking me if I had been successful in getting some flowers. When I told her no, she told me that she had forgotten she had some pre-made arrangements that she could make even fuller and still get to the services on time. Now THAT is service. So unusual in this day and age, yet so very appreciated. I am so impressed.
Deb did a fantastic job for our September 2010 wedding. She was the first florist we met with and after meeting a couple other we came back to Deb because she knew what she was talking about, she wasn't pushy (as so many "wedding" vendors are) and her prices were affordable. She was always very friendly, attentive and professional and we will definately use her for any future floral needs as well as recommend her to anyone who needs wedding floral services. I just wish there was a way to upload pics of the beautiful bouquets she created for me and my bridal party.
