Jack in Electronics ( TV area ) was great to deal with. Knew the answers and had a personality that you could get along with.
Very friendly, and helpful employees! The geek squad employees are by far the most intelligent people ive ever met! 'Best Buy' also has some pretty sweet deals too!
We bought a TV last Christmas, a number of items throughout the year and this Christmas, we bought a new phone for our son. The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store over the one in Stroudsburg.
Walked around the store for about an hour and was not once approached by an associate. The store was not incredibly busy and I didn't really see any one else getting help. Very disappointing, but fairly expected practice at best buy.
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a pair of headphones here and a day or two later I realized that the packaging pinched the wire and there was a little bit of wire exposed. No problem - I figured I’d just go back to the store and get an even exchange. NOPE. Customer service was AWFUL. Made me stand there for 30 minutes while I waited for them to find my receipt which normally would be fine but seriously?? It’s a $5 product for them and all I wanted was an even exchange, and they tried to make me jump through hoops to get it. My best advice is to never buy anything from this company unless you want to waste your money in the event there is a problem. Their return policy is ridiculous.
