Have had mixed experiences at this place. This most recent experince will generally make me stay away. I bought new LED Bulbs for my Wife's 2014 Ford Edge because she has trouble seeing at night. Total cost was $250 installed. A few days before Christmas she was involved in a violent accident that left the Edge totaled. Called and spoke to Patrick who informed me that there's nothing they can do the company they purchased it from won't take it back. Now I'm stuck with $250 bulbs and no car to put them into. I asked Patrick if there was labor in that price and could they refund the labor but he replied it only takes a few minutes and they generally do it for free. I picked up my $250 paperweight today and after a little digging discovered that this exact same kit HE-9012LED retails at multiple places on line for as low as $67.00 to around $110.00. (A) I feel they grossly overcharged me given that there is minimal or no labor in the cost and (B) I think given the circumstances they could have refunded some monies instead of throwing their hands in the air. This is not the only negative experience I've had here. Shame on me for coming back again (mostly because they are conviently local).
Patrick is amazing! He's worked on our cars for years and now that it's his own shop......it's even better. He's never diagnosed any of our cars incorrectly and they have been fixed to our satisfaction every time. He makes good on his work if there is a problem, is very reasonable and will go above and beyond! It's a pleasure to tip him as he is worth every penny. He is also VERY people friendly! We wouldn't go any other place for our auto needs! Thank you Patrick!
Had a remote car starter installed on my Acura TL and now my BMW! Amazing quality work and one of the most knowledgeable staff! I have worked with these guys before but, have to say, under the new ownership, things have changed and for the better! Patrick couldn't be be more informative and guided me to make choices for the package to best fit MY needs! I'd highly recommend anyone to visit the shop and have any work done with trust as these guys seem to have a strong passion for what they do and do so honestly and with pride! Had my truck windows tinted here and it turned out good. They have a variety of shades and will fix your tint if there is bubbles
