A breath of fresh air! Nice little store with a great vibe. The owner is very knowledgeable. I'll be stopping in regularly.
I love this store. There's always something interesting to purchase, at various price points. It's beautifully decorated. I love the crystals, the salt lamps, the elephant pants and more. Nanci, the owner, also runs various spirituality-based workshops out of the space, too.
A friend tried to return an item, unworn, tagged, no issues. Pregnant friend missed the return date. She only wanted an exchange. NO money. Owner wouldn't budge as the return date had expired. I get the need for return dates and policies however I also get the importance of flexibility. The issue is not with the poor business decision, it is with the unprofessional way it was handled. The owner was completely negative and not even listening. Odd for a "positive energy store. Then when the store assistant felt the need to badger the customer also it underlined the need for customer service training. She was just plain business ignorant and should not be in customer service. She just kept rambling on about positive energy." My advise is simple. Go to the store, patronize it. We need stores in Easton. But be aware of the policies and adhere to them. If you miss the exchange date don't try to return it. Just "pay it forward" as she was told to do. It is a customer second shop.
Such a cute shop. And the owner hosts a wonderful guided meditation, after store hours.
So excited to have found this place. The owner was very helpful, and I was able to get everything I was looking for and then some. Will definitely be back!
