I absolutely loved the feeling of this store when we first arrived. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and I liked how all the dresses were out on the floor so we could see them all. I ended up finding the dress that I absolutely loved but it was he first dress shop I had been to and my sister could not be there so I was just not ready to say yes yet. I had appointments scheduled for the entire next day so I said I wanted to still go to try on other dresses. After all, you do only get to do this once in your life!! When I said that, the girl helping me said “well you only get the 10% dress discount off accessories if you purchase your dress on your first visit to the store”. I get that stores have to have policies to make sales but at the same time it should not matter when you get the dress but that they helped you to find your dream dress! I left a little turned off from the store and went to a few amazing stores the next day with awesome service but just did not find the dress I was looking for. I left one store that even said “we are so happy that we were able to be apart of you getting one step closer to finding your dream gown!” I spent two hours trying on gown after gown in that store and they did not try to push a sale once. I ended up wanting to come back to Christina’s bridal because that is obviously where I found my dream dress but am regretting buying the dress since I left the store. The girl helping me try on dresses was friendly but not knowledgeable at all. She did not make the experience exciting like it should have been. There was no happy moment of wow, she found her dress!! The owner came out in the middle of it and just went in the back and did not say congratulations or anything. Just overall very very rude. If I had more time at home over the weekend, I would have ordered the dress from a different store in the area that said they would beat their price but because the dress, belt and flower girl dress I wanted were all in the same place, I went back. I will NOT be going back for bridesmaid dresses although I liked their selection. I will pick up my dress and the flower girl dress and that is it. I wish I could have better things to say about the place that I found my dream dress but I cannot and that really upsets me. You are in the business of helping women feel and look absolutely beautiful on their wedding day! Have fun with it! If you have to stay open a half hour later because you are helping a girl find her dream dress, do it! You have an amazing store so provide the service you would want for yourself while finding your own dream dress!
Christina's Bridal was by far the best choice for getting my wedding dress. Their dresses were unique and everyone was super helpful. They made my experience the best I could have ever imagined!
After 3 appointments, at least 2 dozen dresses and Brittany and the owner, Christina, both being absolutely AMAZING...another ✔️ on the Wedding To Do List!! I can't say enough how great and helpful they were! If you're looking for any kind of a dress for an event, you MUST go see Christina!!!
I bought my daughter's wedding gown there today I left Bridals by Sondra, disgusted by their lack of customer service. Went to Christine's and also bought my gown. The staff here are wonderful. Thank you and the best of luck for the future
Every aspect of my experience at Christina's Bridal, from beginning to end, was absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better bridal salon to find my wedding dress at. Shopping local was also important to me as most chain stores don't provide you with the same personal shopping experience. Christina's Bridal was the first and only place I shopped at for my wedding dress! It was the second dress I tried, and knew right away...this is it!! I brought along my mom, stepmom, and mother-in-law, and all of us knew that the Essence of Australia gown I had on, was THE ONE. The dress fit my body perfectly and gave me a nice shape. Having Christina and the bridal stylists absolute attention and help throughout the whole process made it that much easier. I purchased all of my accessories and veil at Christina's as well. My mom also purchased her MOB dress from Christina's during a trunk show. Love love love! I recommend going to Christina's to all of my recently engaged friends and love seeing friends find their dress at Christina's too! I can't say enough good things about my experience besides 10/10 and I'll always provide Christina's as my first recommendation to someone!
