I will never buy anything from here again! I got home and my milk was bad and dated the next week! My bread was bad, even my fruit cups were bad. I cannot believe this place hasn't been shut down for this!! I never write reviews but this is unacceptable.

Well, now I know to never buy meat or anything from this place. If the price is too good to be true, then it's not good. They FALSELY advertised chicken wingette sections with a picture of Perdue sections this week for $0.89/pound. I showed the butcher their circular so he knew what to get me, he confirmed it was Perdue wingette sections like in the circular that were on sale. When I get them home the meat is not only discolored, not fresh and pink, but there are weird joint pieces, bones, and wing tips, with other unidentifiable pieces. There were not any whole pieces of wing sections, the meat was detached from the bone, and the pieces looked like what butchers throw out. I bought a 10 lb bag and didn't bother to look through the whole bag because you expect people to be honest, especially with food, since people can get sick and your business can get shutdown! They ripped us off, but this is the first and last time. I will never shop here again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away because I don't want people getting sick. Their food in the restaurant is made from the same meat, and now I know why it tasted funny. I don't see how they weren't shut down yet. They're not only gross and unprofessional, but what they do is illegal and dangerous!

Only place near me to buy Jamaican products. Can be a bit pricey but the quality is acceptable. Additionally, the place has undergone some improvements over the past year. It's no Wegmans, however , the staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. I have had the experience of buying food that was on the shelf for too long; but this happens at the big box stores too. Overall, it's a good place to shop ; especially for hard to find Caribbean products.

Good food store prices are good

I don't know how they stay open, don't they get inspected by the health department? Many foods that are way outdated. Had to return a cake from the bakery department. It liked so pretty, but was hard has a rock. My granddaughter just wanted a birthday cake for her mother. Don't buy meats there, the butcher cuts the meat totally different then other grocery stores. Also it is very dirty. I go there because it's the only grocery store on Southside Easton. Usually just to get milk, bread etc... BEWARE!!
