My boyfriend recently applied here and was given a paper that stated he should go to work on a certain date.. so he went ready to work on that date, a few hours into his shift he was told his background check wasnt done processing and he had to stop work/leave my boyfriend did not have a ride at the time so he just sat in front of the security guards waiting for his ride home... He was then told by the security guard at xpo logistics in easton at 9:20 am on november 15th that he had to go wait outside in the cold. This is terrible service and I would like to report this to whoever I can and I will not stop until i do.
Very bad place to work if you are a temp. They fire dozens at a time just to turn around and hire another batch. I was not a temp and I still had a very hard time with them. They changed up everyone's schedule drastically with only a few days notice. This left me with no-one to watch my child and in a panic to lose my job. The HR manager Steven Green is very rude. He will not answer questions and acts bothered to have to deal with anyone. After I quit, I contacted him about filling out a document and he would not .
