He asked the senior citizen seller for money for repairs to force a sale of 439 W St Joseph St Easton PA. The seller said, "no, the house is being sold as is". So Jonathon went behind the sellers back to his elderly sister, who was not a party to the contract and duped her out of $1,200, payable to himself, Jonathon Miller, and Jon didn't account for the money and kept it. He did not get the check payable to his broker, as required by his license and didn't disclose anything at closing as required by law, and kept the money for a year now. He is not someone to be trusted. How is he even licensed?
Speaking to Jon Miller is the worst. Cannot answer calls and when he does, he is EXTREMELY RUDE. He forgets that we are the customer, and he is the agent. Obnoxious.
