I e-mailed everywhere in Easton for quotes on an urgent job. Ryan and Minuteman Press was the only one to e-mail me right back. Not only that, they were the only ones who had the paper color I needed, AND they quoted me a price that was HALF of anyone else's. No extra charge for same-day service! A few hours later he e-mailed saying it was ready! Efficient, friendly, reasonable service - it's the only place I'll go from now on.
Here is a great place to send mail, buy stamps, fax things, and get copies! It's also a great place if you are looking for ways to advertise or if you need business cards. This printing company has a lot of options when it comes to advertising. They work with a lot of local businesses.
Went to Easton location to print a letter, routine stuff I have done at pretty much all their locations. Today I received horrible service from the employee Ryan Strauss. He states and I qoute: "we the [customer] no longer allow items to be sent to their emails to be printed". On top of that he was hostile and dismissive and rude, totally disgusted by his behavior.
This will be my new print shop hands down. I have tried print shops all over Bethlehem, Easton, and Allentown and none can compete. The efficiency, quality, and customer service was great. I had difficulties with print shops before but Ryan made things very easy and got the job done right. Definitely going to be a return customer.
