Horrible!! I had used Frick twice within a year. First experience was great, 5 star service. Had two guys for four hours and they moved my big furniture across town. No problems and they got it done right. My second experience, only ten months later, however was completely different. Wayne had come out to give me an estimate. I had two more pieces of furniture than I did previously, a sectional sofa and bunk beds. But this time, I was only moving one street over in the same development. Wayne recommended that I pay for 3 guys for four hours this time. I was fine with this and looked forward to another great moving experience. I was wrong. The three guys I got that day ended up taking almost SIX hours to move the same furniture plus two extra pieces that the other crew of two guys got done in four hours!! They spent more time rearranging the furniture in the truck than actually moving stuff. They apologized for the amount of time it was taking and said the truck they had that day had no shelves and was harder to load. They assured me that they would get everything done. They finally got everything done but it took almost 6 hours. There was no hustle, just slow When it was time for me to pay...I was shocked to find out that the bill was almost 400.00 MORE than my estimate!! I asked why I had to pay the extra since they told me about the trouble with the truck. I was told that I could talk to Wayne about it. When I finally talked to Wayne, he was no help at all. He said these things happen and it was a new crew and sometimes it takes longer. So I had to pay the whole bill. I was definitely not happy and will never recommend them in the future. Anytime I hear someone is moving, I tell them stay away from Frick!!! What a rip off!!
No is answering the 252 phone number nor the 800 phone number. There is no answering service. Are they still in business??????

We spoke to Wayne many time throughout the process w/o any issues and he was very helpful. Due to the amount of furniture, including a car and heavy woodworking equipment, 3 trucks were required. The crew that moved us were exceptional! Professional, friendly, & considerate. They treated our furniture & home as we did. We would give them 10 stars if possible & recommend them wholeheartedly. We would definitely recommend them.
This review is a little overdue, but we used Frick in Jan 2017 to move my mother. The entire process was a pleasant experience, from getting the estimate through the scheduling and the actual move . Everyone involved was nothing short of professional in every way.
