First off, I love Five Guys. But they really dropped the ball tonight. They got my order wrong not once but twice and the second time I just ate the wrong order so I didn't have to wait anymore. Just because you are busy isn't an excuse to have bad service. The sad thing is I will be back because this is the only Five Guys within 30 miles of my house. Merry Christmas!
Normally love it here but tonight the person who took our order called us up for it and sent us on our way without the fries. The store was empty. Literally the only people in there. I then called back explaining we weren't given fries and this is our order number and all I hear is "well are you coming back?!" And I said "yes, please start them now I will be there shortly" and I get "OK....bye". Saw her in the store (luckily another associate handled the fry situation) and she just looked at me and kept walking. Not even an apology.
Wonderful burgers and fries. Very clean. Definitely a good option for lunch, especially for a quicker but still satisfying meal.
I walk in waiting atleast 5mins probally more waiting on someone to reconize me about 8 minutes before someone actually takes my order ask for lettuce on my burger and recieve a huge chunck of the end of the lettuce which i cant even bite into only piece i recieved to also had to wait an additional 14 minutes to recieve my food staff looked clueless i never take the time to do reviews it was just that bad that i had to food was pretty good only thing was fries were soggy
Preparer left one of my burgers out of my to go bag. Good thing I checked the bag before leaving! Good new is : the burgers we're fabulous as usual. No surprise there.
