Ran into Tim at the local Sheetz today 9/23/17. Watch out !! He doesn't meet his obligations. I trusted him owing me over 2 months rent claiming jobs he completed were owing him in excess of $20k. I never rec'd payment owing $3000. Now I see he is operating at route 248 and Northwood Ave.
