Chris was great! He is very knowledgeable and give me the exact exercises to target my frozen shoulder and I am now out of therapy but there for the fitness program so that I have guidance of Chris, Kristie and the rest of the staff for me to achieve my fitness goals. The receptionist is polite, meticulous and does an excellent job in follow ups and communication. They always accommodate me when I wish to alter appointments due to some emergency...................
