They don't double coupons which is disappointing. They have good deals on lunch meat but the women are so rude that I don't go anymore. They used to have 2 guys working there that were great but they're gone
This place has great deals and awesome products, don't get me wrong. I've been shopping at Redners for years. But one employee who works in the lost prevention section of this store made it so I would never shop at this location again!
And immediately with my two young children he's grabbing my cart telling me to "come with him". Mind you the teddy bear is still in plain view, no one was trying to hide it as a "thief" would do! I tried to explain to him what happened but he wouldn't hear me out.
Good prices and they frequently have good sales. Friendly cashiers. Fairly clean. Getting items at the deli is an all day affair, even if there is no line, and you're the only person there, so be prepared.
After putting my kids and I through all this hassle, I would never ever go back to this location. A mother with two children who just bought a cart full of groceries from your store is now being made to feel like a thief. The level is disgust I felt can not be put in to words!
I was checking out at a register when my two year old son had to use the bathroom. I prompted his older brother to take him directly across the section of where I was, to the bathroom so I could finish checking out. My son had picked up a small Teddy Bear while I was checking out that I thought I had the cashier ring up before my boys went to use the bathroom. After ringing all my things up and loading my cart, my boys finished up in the bathroom and we proceeded to walk to our car. This rude, must have been no older than 24 year old man comes directly up to us already assuming the worst apparently... asks to see our receipt, doesn't even look at our receipt when I'm explaining to him that I'm sure we paid for the Teddy bear (because at the point I was almost certain I had our cashier ring it up)
It seemed like he didn't have much else going on and was just picking on someone who made an honest mistake with a $5 teddy bear.
Decent prices. Open 24 hours! Pleasent cashiers!
Open early in the morning. Never too crowded. I love their 10 for 10.l and their 5 for 19.99. I can get the stuff my son lives to snack on. Love this store.
He kept repeating over me "I'm just doing my job ma'am"
