Release refunds timely and very inexpensive option for clients
I refuse to give this company any stars because they aren't worth it but I have to. I've also used their services as a professional tax preparer and after the IRS has issued the refunds, EPS rejects the refund without giving a reason why or a different story each time you call. Customers then have to chase their refunds after which they have to go through a verification process with the IRS before their refunds are finally mailed. Entire process can take up to a month. This is not only hurting my business but causing customers unnecessary aggravation. If you are going to reject the refund, why not inform customers prior to their release date instead of customers finding out the day their refund is supposed to be deposited! They only find out when their refund fails to be deposited into their account. Imagine how a person feels when they are counting on their money only to have the software company reject their refund for no reason.
EPS Tax Products is Fraud and NON Serious Business. I am a Professional Tax Preparer who opened an account with this bank for my business to process our Tax Refund Fees. After accepting 21 taxpayer returns, EPS Financial decided to close the account without letting us know if there was any questions or concerns about the account. EPS Financial just sent a general email stating they did not want to do business with us without any reason. I contacted the Risk Assessment Department for clarification and they keep ignoring emails. I sent EPS Financial 2 to 3 emails daily to get answers because taxpayers are coming to my office asking for their money and EPS Financial do not answer our emails. when I call customer care all they say is you must contact Risk Assessment through email because they do not have a number to call. All my taxpayers checks are missing and EPS is claiming they sent all checks back to IRS. IRS keeps saying bank has the money so we decided to take EPS Financial to court. We filed court docs yesterday 3/6/17.
This company is a crock. They issue bogus checks thru Tax preparers and then your stuck with a piece of paper. When you call them everybody has a new story. Don't ever ever ever ever ever ever use any company that uses this company.
Thieves, never paid our earned rebates.
