Horrible customer service. Management is very quick to pass the buck. When corporate was called...and they sent a complaint to the store manager...he also passed the buck. Nothing was resolved...and original nasty department manager walked away with a slap on the wrist. Will not be shopping at this location again. Will not be recommending this store to anyone else either.

This has got to be the WORST place to shop in the entire Lehigh valley area. I tried doing a return and had a receipt and everything and they would not do the return. They have the absolute worst management I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware: don't spend your money here because they are grubby scammers who take people's hard-earned money and don't follow their own return policies.
I couldn't find anyone to check me out.
I call ahead of time to ask if there was help on the men's department, I needed help to take measures for my son. They told me over the phone "yes" ....it was a lie..... I needed to buy 5 shirts, two or three pants, two dress up suits.....no help..... their loss.
