Leslie Makos, Memorial Consultant helped me change the deed to my family plot where my parents are buried to separate deeds for me and my sibling last year. She promised I would receive the deed in the mail. I have not received any deed yet as of today, February 13, 2013. My calls about this are not answered or returned. Her colleague tried to cheat me on my parents' grave marker back in 2000.
