Steve is lacking customer service skills, absolute no help. Ended up walking out I will never use Hertz again nor will I let any of my employer rent from them under my business.
We had a car accident and our car was a total lose. Stephen made our experience wonderful. He was fully aware of the insurance policy and made it a smooth process. He provides exceptional customer service and is very knowledgeable. I would come back and rent again from this location.
